You either get it, or you don't. Dylan concerts always draw this reaction. Non-fans figure they want to go and see him, not knowing what to expect, and drag in expectations based on old recordings or the few songs they've heard on the radio.

What they get is a guy who refuses to address the audience playing arrangements that bear little resemblance to whatever was on the album. And then they complain that they went to see an artist they didn't know, and who they evidently didn't really like to start with, and wound up not liking the show.

What exactly did you expect?
