Yeah, I agree with you Skippy. It's kind of like when Fox gave the puck a tail a few years back. That blue or red streak behind the puck. What a joke. I'd submit that even casual hockey fans know the signals for the usual penalties - tripping, hooking, slashing, interference, holding, high-sticking, roughing. You have to figure people would only be in the dark if butt-ending was called (it's a very strange signal) and how often is that called?
