IBE was not a great record. period. They've had better records and definitely better tours.

Wow, I couldn't disagree with you more. I think IBE is one of the best things they've ever done. A raw, warts-and-all slab of pure rock n' roll energy, featuring some powerful vocals from Gordie, as well as some of the best lyrics he's ever penned. He sounds absolutely possessed on that album. As for their live show, the two gigs I caught on the IBE tour were both amazing, especially that magnificent Spokane show. Gord may not be quite as insane as he was in the early days, but they still have one of the best live shows on the planet. They've also become better musicians and better songwriters since the early years.

Absolutely, all the IBE shows I saw were killer, the livedownloads.com shows can back that up. :thumb:

Definitely. The London show in particular is freakin' amazing.
