Don't know if there's a connection, but the Hip are first on the list of thank yous on the album, recorded and mixed in large part at The Bathouse
I'm a big BARK fan myself, they thanked the boys on the latest album as well... Colin Linden tagged along on the BluesFest gigs, including a full BARK appearance in Sudbury, he's always had nice things to say about the band.
