If the Republicans are so sure of themselves, what does it matter whether John Kerry concedes immediately or waits a couple days?
The whole tactic is based on harrassing Kerry into conceding as soon as possible so people won't raise doubts or questions about the voting process and its outcome.

Be assured that Kerry will never concede in response to 'harrassment'. That's just silly. He will concede, though, because he lost. So why not avoid the frickin circus we had in 2000 by just stepping aside with civility and grace?
