So you're basically afraid that The Hip will end up like Modest Mouse with songs on MTV and the O.C.? I think The Hip are too big of a part of Canadian culture to take that route.

What about a Zellers commercial then????????

I have no idea why having songs on MTV or the O.C. would be a bad thing.
Especially since stations and shows pick which songs will be played, not the other way around. You know, the Hip once had a song play in the background on Regis and Kathie Lee. Somehow I never thought of that as a misstep.
