Good find. :thumb:
I love the look on his face. Big Grin
Awesome! I wonder when and where the video will be shown? And if it will be for "In View" or one of the other tracks.
Sweet pic! I'm going to be in New York in a couple of days, would have been nice to have been there.

If "In View" is supposed to be released tomorrow shouldn't they have already shot the video for it? It could be for another single but since I don't know how these things work that answers nothing.
great pic..i love the video already

Videos these days can be shot and turned over in the matter of a few weeks.

I just noticed the date for the picture was Aug. 25th and assumed that if the single is released tomorrow then the video would be too which doesn't leave a lot of time. Would the video air in the next few weeks then after the song hits radio?

Many times a song can be released to radio without a video showing up for a few weeks.

A recent example is The Killers' new video for their single "When We Were Young," which was shot at the end of July, but was already released to radio.

The video premiered two weeks ago.

With that in mind, I bet we'll see a new Hip video in mid to late September.
Hmm - maybe someone can correct me or elaborate more if I'm wrong, but wasn't Summer's Killing Us released breifly as a single back in like may of the year IBE came out before Scar become more prevelant as a single?

Maybe In View is in the same position - and another single with video will be launched? Doubt it, but hey, why not bring it up?

Nope -- The Hip timeline on thehip.com had VS announced as first single and SIKU as second single off of IBE.
Summer Is Killing Us was released as a single after Scar, on Victoria Day Weekend (late May for you non-Canucks) in 2004. A video for Scar I believe was already out, and Scar was also on the radio. Scar debuted on a CBC playoff broadcast of a game between the Leafs and Sens in mid-late April. Game 2 I think.
There was no video for SIKU, and it didn't receive much radio play, at least as far as I can remember (in T.O.). Nashville was released later in the summer, with a video.
I'm pretty sure the two singles debuted at almost the exact same time, with the tune 'Summer is Killing Us' released strictly as the first US single while 'Vaccination Scar' as the Canadian single.
Heh, that photo looks good for some photochopping

That's how I remember it as well. Summer was the U.S. single.

Cheers,
