No hard feelings, one the things us guys are lucky not to endure. Along with many other things women face in life.

hehe don't get me started. I SWEAR my ex husband has/had PMS. It seems like one week out of EVERY month he got all bitchy!

Thank you Big Grin

I'll be honest, the last few months it's been so bad I've felt like ripping people's heads off and I've lost at least one friends in the process unfortunately. I don't realize what I do sometimes.

I've had those times myself, it can be hard to step back and take a good look at why you are in that position. Life can overwhelm you, just try and focus on what is good, what you can control and try and look at life from a standpoint of perspective, everything can be seen in 2 different lights, positive and negative. Turn a negative into a positive , learn from it. Maybe i'm being too preachy, but i honestly believe perspective is key to happiness. That's not to dismiss what is truly wrong or painfull, but just to put a different spin on the lighter things in life that can affect us. Either way I wish you the best. :thumb:

Are you sure it's PMS? I hear people get grumpy as they age and someone had a birthday recently, didn't she?
