There seems to be a bit of mystery behind it, but perhaps these are corporate seats or belong to a kingston frontenacs season ticket holder? im honestly not sure though. Im trying to piece it all together.

It's likely Ticketmaster never made those seats available in the presale and are selling them through StubHub, therefore the policy does not apply. They are probably still legit but I would call StubHub before I spent that kind of money.

These close seats on stubhub can also be industry,friends,family in addition to season holder/corporate seats.

There are very few close seats on stubhub for the Ontario shows. Thats gotta be resulting from the cc policy. Out west where it seems demand and prices are much lower, there are plenty of close seats on stubhub.
