Well, you guys really ripped me a new one for my opinion. And no I was not whoever you were talking about.
Im not a shrink but my wife has her B.A. in Psycology and she see's what I express about the song. I could have been more thorough and went line for line but didnt bother as it would have been a novel.
So tell me more about this loony toon in row M " mr emotional" heheheh what the fuck did he do.

That guy was great. I was RCB, and only caught him at the end of the show. He was pretty into it. What a buzz.

Hey WesleyC - actually your interpretation is probably somewhat correct although to be honest with you I never really know what the hell Gord's lyrics are about. Symbolism is lost on me, metaphorically speaking.
My comment was more about Captain Emotion - not to be confused with Captain Canada or the Whirling Dervish lady.
Captain Emotion was .... well .... you really have to see it to fully grasp it. Anyone who was around him will probably never forget him. Let's just call it excessively extreme hyper animated interpretations of the lyrics and implied emotional states in a possessed kind of way that could lead to concussions of the people in his immediate vicinity.
The Whirling Dervish lady was almost as fascinating to watch - and I may post some video of her dancing which I took on Friday as well.
Oh man that's hilarious I think she was on something she acted like she was on stage bowing after each song  Ya the other guy was right into it just like you said if you got in his way you were getting knocked out  I was RCB and had a clear view if the two of them.
want to be a nobody without peer
want to be a thought that's never done
want to shake your faith in human nature
want to break the hearts of everyone
want to be your wheezing screen door
want to be your stars of Algonquin
want to be your roaring floorboard
want to break the hearts of everyone

I was going to film him but I felt like I would be violating something. I'm pretty sure it was just him and the band there anyway.
