ya, the seeds upload rate is hovering around 5 kb/s

Oops... when I went to bed, I thought I changed the number of connections to 5, but I guess I changed the upload rate.

I find that if I leave the number of connections too high, I get disconnected; sorry.

I'm back and seeding at 85kb/s now.
