Just heard the opening riffs to the studio version of No Threat on The Hawk here in London. It was just a 5 second loop (Similar to preview for IBE tracks), but it sounds pretty good.
I am really pumped now :jump :jump
(Edit: Sorry about initial thread title, my computer has a mind of its own. I typed "No Threat Preview!!!" and for some reason that got replaced with "!!")
That is ridiculously exciting. Does anyone have the lyrics to No Threat?

The thread on No Threat lyrics. No one can decipher the lyrics, and no one will until the studio version is released.
Only 21 more days!!
Or a fan recording of the show surfaces... hmmmm.... what could I be hinting at?
Just heard a perview of No threat on Power97 in Winnipeg. I like the sound of it, very raw sound, interested to hear how to morphs over the next tour.
This should help us decipher the lyrics to

You're quite welcome! Enjoy it.
Here's my first take at the lyrics. The ... are places I couldn't decipher:
No Threat
The Tragically Hip
Yer Favourites
I'm no threat
I'm a window washer, okay?
I scare everybody
I just drop in, I know, but what am I supposed to do?
....
the apartment above you
i'm sorry i scared you
------
I've got a window washers head
For an unthinkable thing
For loneliness
The crust is no place to....
...arms and cemetery signs... yeah you're....
...and sky
You lie to your fans, one window at a time... that's right
I've got a window washers eye
For an untouchable sky
...design
the crust is no place to...
try but i...
moving at stride
yeaaahhh singing in one voice pre-occupied
we don't just say we'll sing it, right.
that's right!
yeaaahh... I'm a cleaner
it's only me, I didn't see no body, yet
it's just me, i'll just be a sec
i'm a cleaner, i'm no threat
no (threat)
no (threat)
no (threat)
news means lonely
family, was his lonely?
it doesn't sound so bad
.....
everybody's grieving from the tired of being so sad
so sad
how will i know
how will i know if i'm helping
or so how will she know if i'm helping
if i'm not in the saddle i'm nothing
that's right
yeaaahh... I don't care
it's only me, I didn't see no body, yet
it's just me, i'll just be a sec
i'm a cleaner, i'm no threat
no (threat)
no (threat)
i'm a cleaner, i'm no threat
no (threat)
no (threat)
no (threat)
no (threat)
no (threat)
no (threat)
(i am a news man)
Thanks for posting this! Just listening to No Threat now and loving it. Very impressed with the quality. Looking forward to finding out how close it sounds to the album version! Hopefully iTunes will have it up tommorow too!
the anticipation is killing me... i'm stuck at 80%... any seeders out there?
im stuck around 80 too, but File #6 (No Threat) was complete, so i stopped, decoded it, and am downloading the rest of the show. If youre after No Threat I suggest doing that!
ya, the seeds upload rate is hovering around 5 kb/s
