Which is the song order and how that video player works, I had to create a custom play order for the Album page to play them in the right order. I guess somehow, I'll have to do the same for the video page player. . . . to stop this from happening.
Just don't do it so she ends up with the moustache guy -- i won't be able to sleep.

ok, I think what I just did should solve that issue. I have replaced the player on the video page to feature the WATS videos on the left, full video player on the right

okay MAv! I have successfully watched all of the videos with limited "buffering" interruptions.

I enjoyed the videos a lot better without the "who a-(2 minute wait)-re yo-(1 minute wait)-u, wha-(30 second wait)-t is it-(3 minute wait)-with you?"
thanks for fixing the issue

Cool, I am working on a low bandwidth version - hopefully later today.
MAv.

Hey MAv, thanks for reposting these.
On my end, there was still significant buffering, pretty much every 10-15 seconds.
And my first time through, when the video moved from Recluse to Coffee Girl, the audio didn't start. I had to physically stop and start Coffee Girl to get the audio to work.
I unfortunately couldn't repeat the error again so it might have been just linked to the buffering problem but just thought you'd like to know.
Cheers!

Nice! I really enjoyed those vids. I had chills throughout The Last Recluse and Morning Moon.
It would be great if they continued the story and made videos for the rest of the WATS songs!

They look inexpensive compared to many of their previous efforts (no sets, soundstages, etc, etc, etc), so perhaps if they have the same budget they could spread it across the whole album of videos.
I wonder if a "real" video for any tracks will be released?

Ya these videos are kinda cool, last recluse was sweet, but I think it would be good for them to make a real video out of speed river or something.

Nice job - I enjoyed the videos. The close-up of Gord's face in the Last Recluse is great - tell the story nicely.

A pretty sequence, and Gord riding the two bikes is exactly the same image I saw when I heard the line for the first time. I like this little film. Who are the faces?

These videos are horrible. Boring as sin. And Cheesy. I really hope this was a favour they did to some close-friend-aspiring-director, and that they plan on going for a real video at some point.
Man, that was bad.

ah you know, i didnt find them all that bad. i liked the concept, that scene in the last recluse video of gord and the girl riding down that windy road on a white foggy morning with the black wiry trees was pretty cool, among a few others in that video specifically. the only real annoyance was how vague they are. scenes didnt vary all that much from one another. yet didnt really develope all that much from the beginning of the song to the end... its an idea to build on anyway. im not a stickler for music videos to begin with, so i dont really mind.

With no real expectation concerning music videos, I wasn't bothered by them. I liked the low-budget, connective feel of the videos and liked how simple and literal they were.
I liked how the Last Recluse was shot on Toronto Island....I worked there for a bit last summer and noticed a couple spots from my memory (like the snack shop at the end of the video). And the mainland ferry dock at the very end of the video reminds me of getting up early and drudging to the ferrys hungover and still a bit drunk.
Personally, I don't care if they don't release any new videos...I'm content with these 3.
