I loved what Ned Yost, the Brewers manager, said the other day about when and where the Yankees should start learning to whack the cover off the ball again...against our division rivals Cardinals :thumb: Heh, looking at the schedule, it would be perfect karma if the Red Sox were able to put the smack on the Cubs while the Yankees put the smack on the Cards.

i have faith in Johnson, he's proven himself time and time again and you have to know it's only a matter of time before he "clicks". Wright should be back soon, so we'll see how he pitches. i really love what i'm seeing from Wang so far, he's been doing a great job so far and if he can keep up the good work that's just bonus. they put Sierra back in the lineup and he went 3-3, so that's encouraging...perhaps he'll land a full time role @ LF and Womack will get back to 2nd...

If you paid any kind of attention, you would know that he has been tearing it up all season. He's 9-3 with a 2.45 ERA and 0.97 WHIP, but his name doesnt even cross your mind for a fantasy team until somebody on a forum mentions his name? Is that how you get all your baseball information?

If you were any kind of Yankees fan you would have know that Halladay pitched a complete game shutout on April 29.

Against the Yankees.

In New York.

That's gold.

Your Os are here in town for a weekend series....I'm looking forward to seeing your middle-infield tandem in action. Tejada is a god.

But I'm going out on a limb and predicting that my 24-35 Reds will beat your first-place Orioles with the opposite record (35-24).

I dont know about that horrible Tongue But since were trading pleasantries, I love the Great American Ballpark, its one of my favorites. :thumb: I love ballparks, they have a beauty about them, really Americana. You always hear in movies or shows a guy will talk about how his otherwise mean old dad, took him to the ballpark when he was 10 for his first game and bought him popcorn and it was the best day of his life... I guess its like a Canadian kid going to his first hockey game with his dad here.
