This is my all time favorite album!
Little Bones, Twist My Arm, Cordelia, Bring it All Back (My Fav), Three Pistols, Fight, On The Verge, Fiddler's Green... Oh man this is the only Hip album that I can honestly say I really really love every single song on it.
I love the "swampy" blues rock sound to this album. It really kicks.
I love the whole look of the album too. Great band photos. They look a little baked in the last picture in the booklet though!

Fully. Completley.
:thumb: Classic Album! :thumb:
Not a weak song on the whole album. My least favorite is "We'll Go Too" but it's still a great song. Best album cover too!

DFN week huh, looks like I'm a bit behind on this idea. I can still remember the first time I heard Nautical disaster and LOVED it! The song still gives me goose bumps, and is still one of my favourite hip songs! :thumb:

Day For Night: far and away my favorite album.
I've been waiting a month to listen to this album for a week

It would be quite an accomplishment to top Nautical Disaster. I doubt they ever will. In fact, personally, I think it is the greatest song of all time.

After tearing apart the house and the car, I can't find my copy of Henhouse....might have to make a trip to Borders to buy it!

Yay! Henhouse for a week!
I go to a local pool hall where the house music is drab and set to about 2 on the volume slider. I warm up with a couple racks of pool, then head over to the jukebox, find Henhouse, pop in $4 and play the whole thing in order. The jukebox volume is set to about 12 and makes it really hard to talk but makes it great for zoning in on clearing racks. It's great to see kids and older people around the pool hall rocking out (everyone seems to know ABAC); it's funnier to see the rap/rnb/soul geeks freak out and leave.

Put It Off...it's all about Put It Off...this song needs to be re-discovered...

Trouble is their "Revolver" IMO. And while there are a few contenders for the Hip's "Sgt. Pepper," Trouble will be remembered as the masterpiece in 20 years.

Hell, every song on that album is fantastic on a rainy night with the lights low, or an open road with no place to go.
