chris Wrote:Speaking of Oink... anyone wanna send an invite my way? It seems that I didn't visit regularly enough and my account got deleted.
But sticking with this thread, it is very easy to select just the file components that you want in Azurues - just double click on the torrent in the main window and a whole slew of options open up to you.
Chris I found this on the Oink site. I am not a member but wanted to see what it was so I googled it.
If you have an OiNK account that is currently disabled, please speak with a moderator in #oink-help. Do not seek a new invitation, you won't be able to use it anyway.
On topic:
Bit Tornado users have the ability to pick and choose what to download or not as well as give priority to files etc. I believe there is an options button or something like that when you open the torrent. I don't know off hand as I don't torrent on this laptop but it is not hard to find.

My DL staled. I look at the FAQ section and said something about the port. But how do I know what port to use or if the one I am using is working?

getazureus.com is the main site.
azureuswiki.com should have all the info you need.
portforward.com for port forwarding info relating to your router (if you have one).
Let's take it one step at a time:
Did you follow the instructions during the installation? If so, what ports did you choose during set-up?
2. Do you access the internet through a router?
3. Get things set-up correctly before going out and downloading.

Fantastic recordings, though I can only speak for the Calgary shows. Thanks loads for sharing them Mark, it's great to relive the experience this way. Fiddler's still gives me goosebumps! Thanks for the BT suggestions, other people, Azureus is way better than the client I was using before, and I'll continue to employ it in these sorts of situations.

Since you got an error, you are
NOT set up right. Check your PMs.

Do you guys really have 1200 and 10,000?
I have never really seen anything over 750.
