proceeds go to Downie Wenjack Fund.
for people who bought this i got this email today from them.

Hello purchasers of the Gord Downie tribute print by Jeff Lemire.
First, thank you for your order! The response to this print has been overwhelming — you’ve helped to raise thousands of dollars for the Downie Wenjack Fund. It’s been a pleasure to print these for you.
Most of the prints have now shipped, and those that haven’t yet will go out on Wednesday.
I just wanted to quickly point out that the size of these prints — 13 x 19 inches — is a standard frame size, with off-the-shelf options available at photo stores, as well as larger places like Michaels and Amazon. We chose this size to give an affordable alternative to custom framing, for those who want it. Some people I’ve talked to haven’t realized this, so I just wanted to make sure you know this is an option.
Thanks again, and enjoy your prints!
Jessica

I got a tatt the other day to pay tribute to Gord and all that he has done for me through his music. I wanted to share it with all of you. I went down to the Black Pearl Tattoo Parlor on Saturday...

^^ I mostly never understood why anyone would want a tattoo of anything, except maybe their kids names/birthdates, but this is really something else. I love it. Congratulations and it looks fantastic.

I think it's a neat tattoo as well.... however I can't imagine having something on the palm of my hand permanently for all these years to come.

Thanks guys. The Hip have been a huge part of my life for 25 years. Family was a mess..they were my consistancy. I always heard from them every few years with something new, and that excited feeling is now forever gone. I don't regret it one bit.
Sean, any chance I can get my old name back (clearlyentranced)?

That's funny. I wonder how many posts you need to become "moderately new"?
