This picture terrifies me... if only because I can't exactly figure out what's happening.

I see a newborn lying on its back with his head at the bottom of the pic and a naked woman holding it. I'm guessing its all distorted because its under water but you can see boobies if you look closely and that gives a better outline of the woman.
