In the spirit of World Container, I have spliced all (might have missed some) the images conjured up on this thread and quilted them atop of the globe in GE - there is still some real estate left for more...It is a hack job at best and might take a bit to load, not to mention some images might be missing, yet it is interesting to see the collective collage of images Googled/Wikied and/or Photo-bucketed in the quest to stump one another….

I cheated a little bit, under the element properties I noticed that it said Henry Lamb, I typed that name into google images and and this painting came up, when I clicked on it, it said it was a portrait of Evelyn Waugh. Without doing that I would never have been able to guess. But on the plus side I did learn a little about Evelyn Waugh today on Wikipedia.
