It's is automatic. Run through Yahoo. Once we have everyone in, I set the pool to being "active" and within 48 hours, Yahoo will pick your team based on a random seeding we get and the ranking all the players get.
Once that is done, you are free to add, drop & trade players at will to make the strongest team possible given the points criteria.
Can be a lot of fun if everyone is in to it...
Best of all, there is no money involved so you can have fun with it and no one loses.
You can also pre-rank the players which over-rides the Yahoo ranking... allowing you to have some input on who Yahoo selects for your team.

Well to tell you the truth, you don't need to know a lot about this game.
If you follow how your players are doing and make some moves if they aren't doing well, you should do just fine!
