Neil Larich is also mentioned in a Hiccups bootleg from 1995. Gord says "This is for Neil. He wanted to be here tonight....Neil Larich (or is it Lotrich?) And I know your sitting out there...sitting by your radio."

Anyone have any idea what this is all about?
