Just caught an interview with Johnny and Bobby backstage at the saddledome.
Johnny mentioned again they'd be filming for a dvd at the acc on this tour. :thumb:
edited to add that it was confirmed by headstoner on Wed. from an interview on the Bear. Didn't specify Toronto for sure though. Definitly said "at the acc" this time though.
Also, they said they'd be talking with them later on again tonight after sound check. Tune in to hear the shitty interviewer cut off all their answers. :roll:

Does this mean that the setlist will be "different" ?????
I'm guess they'll play a "crowd-pleasing" setlist... they'll want as much atmosphere as possible and they'll get this by playing the hits I would imagine. It'll probably sell better if it's got more well-known songs on it. That's not saying they won't throw in any less-known album tracks... but I doubt it will be a show where they'll pull anything out of the vaults as they'll want to play songs they're comfortable with. I'm betting 50MC will show up though!

but if they do a dvd, nobody would know if the whole shows was for the dvd, or only certin songs (like LBU)......
Pluss i would still like a copy, since the dvd might take over a year to release......

All I can say is, its about time.
I can't see the DVD being released for Christmas. On top of the countless weeks it would take to master a professional grade DVD; the mixing, the editing, camera shots... the distribution, the production... probably some promotion... I have a feeling that it will be released in spring... just a thought, but probably around the same time as this 'Greatest Hits' CD we've been hearing about....

I have a problem and after i read this its become an issue. I have a fourth row ticket infront of robby for toronto. My mom wants to take me to South carolina for thanksgiving. that means i have to miss the concert. as a fellow hipbaser should i drive seperately for the show. i feel like i should. i don't know what to do. its my family, and i was willing but after this its tough. i need to hear what you guys think.
Go to the show !!! If not contact me and i'll buy your ticket. I do not think they are going to film the dvd at such a large venue. I heard it is going to be shot in december at a smaller venue. After seeing the setlists from Edmonton and Calgary i want to go to toronto. Anybody help a fellow groupie ?
