Lets put it to an early vote Bush or Kerry? (open to all nations).
I l ike Bush. But then again, John Kerry reminds me A LITTLE of ex-Cdn Prime Minister Brian Mulroney (the looks), which creeps me out.

Even though I live in the US, I can't vote because I'm Canadian. Guess this pole really doesn't relate to me then. BUT, if I could vote, I'd go with Bush.

He did say open to all nations.
BUSH!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! WTF!!?!?!?!?!?! ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGH!

I JUST LOST IT UHH UHH UHHH UHHH UHHHHHHHHHH!

:rambo:
Definitely Kerry

Some of the points that stand out to me for my reasons to vote for Kerry:

1) I dont agree with the Iraq war and I dont like where this country is going
2) Government has NO right to tell a woman what she can and can not do with her body...abortion is between a woman, her partner and her doctor. A government should not be allowed to make a decision like that. Bush believes that we can just educate people on how to have abstinence and sexual education...yeah that'll work
3) Health Insurance...My husband and I are one of the 47 million Americans without health insurance. We are small business owners and NOTHING has changed since Bush has been in office. Premiums are still unaffordable.
4) Stem Cell Research.. I want a president who believes in science and the future of medical advances
5) I want a president who takes responsibilty for our part in the environment
6) I believe in Gay rights and I know noone that is gay, I just believe that it should be the right of every person to marry who they love

I dont mean to write a book, but these are some of my strong points for voting for Kerry

Plus, I dont think I can take 4 more years of the way Bush says NU-CU-LEAR :?
Kerry. No, wait, I think I chose the wrong one...it's so confusing...god damn it, now do you see why we need paper trails for e-voting!! I'M DISENFRANCHISED!!

...to go further, what about women who are raped, or victims of sex crimes? Should they be forced to have a baby?

I dont think anyone can say to a woman that she cannot have the choice. It just seems so fundamental to me... I really can't wrap my head around that.

Kerry is against gay marriage, however I don't think he'll use it like Bush has to smoke screen how he's fucking up with the economy and shipping jobs overseas and the bill shit in Iraq
Did anybody see the quote by Kerry about abortion in the Tempe debate?
"I believe that choice is a woman's choice. It's between a woman, God and her doctor. And that's why I support that. " This makes me wonder where he places the male partner in the equation. With regards to abortion, I think exceptions should be made if the woman's life and well being is threatened or if she's been a victim of rape or incest. I don't like the idea of the man being excluded from the decision, which is what Kerry seems to be suggesting here.

With the far left wing Pro-choicers, it's about the woman's right to choose because it is her body. They believe it is a woman's issue.

At one time I thought men had NO right speaking about the issue. Sometimes, the guy isn't around after the baby was conceived whether it be rape, a one night stand, etc. I believe in birth control but sometimes it just doesn't work.

I am on the pill and consider myself pro-choice but I would never get an abortion. I just don't see how I couldn't tell someone else what to do.

My motto is, "If you don't like abortion don't have one!" Or perhaps we could say "If you don't agree with abortion, keep your legs closed or dick in your pants"
I agree, sometimes the guy is a cad and leaves the woman to fend for herself and try to bring up a child by themselves. It is a sad situation and i can see why abortion would be an easy temptation and a painful choice for those in those situations. I think adoption would be a better moral choice, but that is because I was adopted myself. In an ideal world, state and fed gov't would have programs and financial assistance to help women bring these children into the world and place them up for adoption or if the woman wanted to keep the child, help go after the father for financial support, as this is a serious problem in the inner city.

I want to respond to this but CSI is on!!! I'll bbl!
"ABORTIONS FOR ALL"

crowd: "BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"

"ABORTIONS FOR SOME, MINIATURE AMERICAN FLAGS FOR OTHERS"

crowd: "YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!"
Bush is a fool...
but he's in power, so what does that say about the USA?

I won't get too high and mighty here though, because Paul Martin and Steven Harper are both jackasses, when oh when will Canadian citizens give the NDP a chance to lead our nation? we're just as bad as our American cousins really, flip flopping back and forth between the same two parties all the time...bitching about the one that's in power at any given time, and then changing our minds, and then changing them back..."and it goes on and on and on"

rich people rule the world *sigh*
