Actually I just remembered, I picked up Katie Melua's debut earlier this year...she's a British chick who makes Norah Jones-ish mellow lounge jazz...the difference being her voice. Norah puts me to sleep, but I really "get" Katie and her angle. I love her voice and she's even written and co-written her own ballads that are virtually indistinguishable from the brilliant classics she covers...

I think "A Ghost Is Born" just might be the best album since... well, probably the last Wilco record.
