OK, just curious if I'm the hip fan on this forum that lives the furthest south? I'm in Maryland, outside of D.C. Any other Americans out there that live further south????
I'm not one of them, but there are quite a few.
Or you could do furthest east/west...I know we have some people here like kim and beat from overseas!!
I can't recall any members from Newfoundland (haven't really looked hard though) so we in Halifax might just be the furthest east in North America...
I live in CT now, but I first heard the The Hip when I was living in FL.
Thatz kinda what I had in mind to do for a poll to determine how many of us are where; like say how many Fanz are from B.C to Saskatchewan, then Manitoba to say Newfoundland, and also for the State side fanz maybe, cut the country up in 4'z. I mean just to see the numberz of how many fanz are from where...and also The Europa Fans as well but I have no idea to set up a poll

I'm in North Carolina...where the weather here today is perfect.
Since we know the majority (or thereabouts) of people are likely t o be in Ontario, we would probably have three sections...BC-AB-SK-MB; Ontario by itself; and PQ-NB-NS-NF-PEI. That's a good idea, though, you should set it up!

I know how to set up a poll. So never fear.

What we need is to have some sort of areas like cut in four like you said. We can't have too many options on the poll. I'm thinking 15 to 20 might be the area to shoot for. I'm working on it right now. Good idea, man.
i'm also in reidsville,nc-----and yes, ... kudzuscout and i have exchanged info//.... no, we don't know each other..............and yes it is a fairly incredible coincidence,,,but i can gaurantee---there's a canadian or two in orlando florida...so i have no illusions about winning the furthest south award.-----and i think---maybe,just maybe with this post i may have just vaulted out of the newbie category

How do you define Northeastern and Southeastern Canada? The country gets smaller the further East you go. And wouldn't Northwestern just include people in the Yukon?
I say stick with Western, Ontario and Eastern.
I think my list with 17 options would be more accurate....
The 17 option list is good.
But I live in New york, and I wann.a vote
