Say it with me... "Hugh Dillon".... It snaps
He already is in my house! He once helped a friend of mine up of the ground after stumbling on some steps outside the Bobcaygeon video shoot.
I once asked him "You gunna kick ass tonight, Hugh?" before a show. He looked at me... straight faced: "I don't know how the f**k to do anything else..."
Can't wait for the album.
:lol: Ha ha, that sounds like him all right! I read somewhere he wanted to call the band "tombstones" and, uh, red-head guitarist guy I think (can't remember name) said "headstones" so from this I got the impression Hugh was somewhat censored :lol: when in the band so i got a feeling he's gonna own this solo $hit!
Actually, there was another band at the time called the Tombstones who owned the rights to the name, so Hugh and the boys had no choice but to change theirs.
I just waiting for Hugh's name to come up on ticketmaster. I'd love to be spat on again by Hugh.

He flicked a cigarette and made that oh so classy "flickering tounge" gesture towards my very attractive friend Jessica at Major's Hill Park in '02.
Gotta love Hugh...

Hmmm, a lot of crap in that line-up. But possibly a lot of awesomeness.

Yeah, I was thinking that too... this is the ying and yang of festivals. The kiddies will come for Sum: but stay for Hugh and the Tea Party.

I think it's also safe to divulge that the tape at the bathouse will start running this weekend. :thumb:

What do you mean? We'll be able to hear Hugh's solo stuff on this message board?
<!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.hdrc.org/">http://www.hdrc.org/</a><!-- m --> Nope!
or
<!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.hdrc.com/">http://www.hdrc.com/</a><!-- m --> Wrong again!
or
<!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.hdrc.net/">http://www.hdrc.net/</a><!-- m --> Maybe?
- I really like the new sound that Hugh and the band are showcasing on this site! :lol:
or
<!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.hdrconline.com/">http://www.hdrconline.com/</a><!-- m --> The site address reminds me of Hard Core Logo, so this has to be it!
I'd love an official site right about now.

No, not just yet. I meant that we (the Hugh Dillon Redemption Choir) are starting to record with Paul Langlois producing at the bathouse this Sunday. :thumb: :thumb:

Just what is the "redemption choir"? Is that the official name of his new group? And is it actually a choir singing behind Hugh's oh so great voice?
Yes, the official name of the group is the Hugh Dillon Redemption Choir. Funny, I'm writing this message from the Bathouse, in Bath. We are recording all this week with Paul, and so far, the results are extremely pleasing. Very organic.
There will be an official site <!-- w --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.hughdillon.com">www.hughdillon.com</a><!-- w -->
coming shortly.
There is no actual choir...as of yet.

Details? Photo's? Vibe? Does it feel as cool as it should?

I can sing a break-neck Falsetto... and I'm available.
