I have a bad feeling that scalpers and bots will get all the tickets, even the presale. Then, for the low, low price of $1,000 on stubhub, you can see the action from the last row of the arena.
I hope I'm wrong, I really do..........

Gord Downie refuses to go gently into that good night
Faced with terminal brain cancer, the Tragically Hip frontman plans one last tour that will "blow people's minds."
This, from Ticketmaster, is interesting:
"There is a 4 ticket limit per household.
Please adhere to published ticket limits. Persons who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their orders and tickets cancelled without notice by Ticketmaster in its discretion. "
Won't completely snuff out scalpers, but it's a start.

That's a fantastic limit for an arena show. What'd be
really great is an individual password or box office pickup for mailing list subscribers.
We should use this thread for buying and selling extra tickets, especially for some of the hotter shows (i.e., Kingston), and help fill the venues with die-hards.
is the pre-sale on Monday for all tour dates ?
Trying to figure out how to attempt getting tickets for several different shows

Extra. Hahahaha. Ha.
I need to get tickets to Kingston. The other shows I'd love to go to but Kingston is a must. I'd bought tickets to Elora Riverfest which is the same weekend but I don't care. I'm going to be in Kingston no matter what.
Out of all the years, out of all the concerts, out of all the setlist complaining I have been guilty of in the past...........I have never so badly wanted to see New Orleans is Sinking performed live again.

That is exactly what I was thinking, don't even care what they play or how they sound, just want to hear them
I was hoping against hope for some US dates. I have been unable to see them since 2000. I guess I'll just have my memories.
They could sing a whole set of nursery rhymes and I'd still be happy.
Never so thankful in my life that I'm in a northern state and so close to the Canadian border.
The Edmonton tickets go on sale on my payday, I think it's a sign.
