Us $250 ticket people better not have to share our buffet food with those loser $200 people. Its an outrage.

Considering that RUSH was the last band to play Ivor Wynne (from what I'm understanding on this Message board), could it be that the boys break this out for old times sake:

I thought about that too. However, seeing as how we're in the Hammer, if we're getting a cover, I'm holding out hope for pulling the surviving members of Teenage Head on stage for a take of Picture My Face.

Met Gord Lewis at grey cup last year after he played a set with a local band(and man can he play). nicest guy you'd ever want to meet.told him of being a huge Head fan and my fav. moment was at copps when Picture my face was played.
He said he was at the concert and when the song started he turned to his friends and said "Hey i know this song'
He also said he would have loved the chance to play it with them...lets hope

"With the 'Farewell to Ivor Wynne Stadium' concert set for this Saturday, October 6, here are some last minute details to make you aware of.

Parking

Parking is $20 available in lots all around the stadium, except for designated lots. Click here for a parking map. Please note that there is no tailgating allowed for this event in any parking lot. Hamilton Police will be enforcing this rule.

Will Call
If you haven't picked up your concert tickets, they are available for pick up at the Ticats offices at 1 Jarvis St. until 5 p.m. on Friday (tomorrow) afternoon. After that point in time, all tickets can be picked up at will call at Ivor Wynne Stadium on Balsam Ave. The box office opens at 10 a.m. Saturday morning for ticket pick up and purchase. Will Call will officially open at 4 p.m. at the box office closest to Balsam Gate.

Important Details

- Gates open at 6 p.m.

- The Sam Roberts Band takes the stage at 7 p.m.
- Anyone with a floor seat ticket must enter at Melrose gate, where they will receive their wrist band for food and beverages.

Are they shutting the concert down at 9:30 or just the buffett table? With Sam Roberts going on at 7... a concert shutdown at 9:30 would mean maybe what.... an hour and a half hip show?

mind the frat boyz and flag holders will likely be in the stands...

Interesting how the floor was around 200-250 seats and is now 600... does that mean the stage is getting further away from the "stands area"

1 hour to get that many people through the gates before sam starts @ 7
