You'd also think that radio stations in Kingston would have heard about this before any station in Winnipeg would, which leads me to believe that this rumor is nothing more than a fart in the wind. No, it was Shadow Davis on 92. And to be clear it did say it was what he 'heard' and he did kind of whisper it. So it was not a bold and loud statement.
