new here but a long time fanatic... three of us leaving Halifax friday to see dallas, houston and austin... oct 23, 24, 25... with a texans 49ers game thrown in there. Looking forward tos eeeing some of you there. I have seen san fran (incredible) and kitchener (show so so, afterparty at Jim Balsaillie's amazing) this year but can't wait to see this "hipple triple." Getting pumped.
Just saw The Hip in Dallas last night. It was incredible! First show I've seen since '93 in St Louis. They played "Locked In a Trunk" like I asked for on this forum. Don't know if they played it because they saw my request on this forum or it was just part of their set list. Whatever the reason thanks guys! Great show. I'll have some video posted on my youtube page soon. Search under my youtube name "kcbry" I didn't write down the set list. If anyone on here did please post it. Thanks

Don't think I'm gonna make the Denver show, being on a Sunday night and all. Really kills my Monday and I'm not gonna spring for a hotel room, think I'll stay up here in the hills and save my cash for a few Bronco games. Wish they would have had the show on Saturday night, oh well. I'll let you know if the wife decides we have to go.
I'll be at the Denver show! Flying in from Chicago for the weekend, which is maybe one of the crazier things I've done in a while. I'm really excited, though.
... anyway, hi, hipbase, I'm new here. Not new to loving the Hip, but new to the part where actually go to shows. This is only my second, so I'm hoping to get a good spot. I'll be there solo, so if you see a small bald chick, feel free to say hi. It'd be pretty cool to meet fellow obsessives.
