Alright, I thought it was cold yesterday, but today there's no question...-18° / -24°wc. Of course that's Celsius not Farenheit (0° / -12°wc) but I posted Celsius 'cause I can hear it now..."oh we dream of zero degree days!" :lol:

I've lived in Michigan since '91 and I don't think I've ever seen it this cold. I'm praying for six feet of snow; it would be a veritable heat-wave. I'll be bustin' out the Hip-touque fer sure.

it made it it to -32 here yesterday, god knows what it was with the wc, fucking brutal, somehow in that 24 hour period it managed to snow too and i ended up stuck out there shovelling for 45 minutes, my moustache and beard kept freezing to my face :?.

-42 here in Ottawa w/ the windchill... Its supposed to hit a high of -2 tomorrow, and +1 on Thursday...

Mother Nature has got to kick the crack habit... this is getting ridiculous...

You seem to be getting the same weather system after we get it here in Winnipeg. Sunday was wicked cold, it had to have been around -40 because the winds were gusting to 70km. But today it is a mild -8 ...so whatever we get, you guys seem to get the next day or two. If that is the case, consider this a warning - it is supposed to get super cold here for the rest of the week. Temps bordering around the late -20's and early -30's....and that isn't factoring in the windchill. Or maybe mother nature will prove me wrong and you guys won't get that weather at all. That wouldn't surprise me, considering how bitchy she is lately

at 5am this morning in buffalo it was -2 farenheit with a -25 wind chill. Holy shit it was cold.

I walked to the gym with the wind thin morning and thought "boy it cold". Then I walked back into the wind and thought I was going to die. It was 4 hours ago and now my ears are hot as hell and starting to swell up. I think that is a bad sign. I know, I know, put a toque on. Sorry Mom.

you know not to go outside once the weather channel starts to use the word "extreme" when talking about the weather. Winnipeg is now stuck in an "extreme windchill" warning. It is sitting at -39 and it is still gonna get colder. Tomorrow all day it is going to be -43. Lovely. Can't wait to go to work at 5:45 in the morning tomorrow.

I know it is bad when my dogs go into a "stunned" state when they go outside. They get off of the deck and freeze... then try not to keep their paws on the snow too long. My big guy, who is 100 pounds, dropped to the snow at one point so none of his paws had to touch. He is a huge suck but he usually loves being outside in the winter. Thank god I don't have to go to the bathroom outside :lol:
