Mandalay Bay has excellent Hotel\Air packages right now.
$357 CDN all tax and fees incl. for Air and 2 nights (from Buffalo).

Booked the flights and bought the tix today. How often do you get a chance to see the Hip in Vegas on your birthday? I am so excited I don't know how I am going to wait two months. Anybody else heading to Vegas for the show?

I'm doing DC and Las Vegas. I have not booked a room yet for Vegas so if anyone finds a deal I would appreciate a heads up. :thumb:

I'll be there! Some friends and I have been planning a trip to Vegas that weekend already to do the Hoover Dam 1/2 marathon. I couldn't believe it when I saw that date come up as part of the tour.

Mandalay Bay has good rates, and its an elevator ride down to the stage.

Finally pulled the trigger on this one. Staying at THE Hotel @ Mandalay Bay which has no shortage of excellent restaurants and bars including the Minus 5 Ice Bar.
I'll be there with my wife and would be happy to meet up for a couple of drinks before or after the show.

Luxor is right beside MB, in fact I think they are connected through a skybridge of some sort. Thats a great rate :thumb:

Dont think so, the US shows are "An Evening With ..." which typically dont have an openening act.

I'm heading down from Ottawa on the 14th. I'm not quite classy enough to stay at the Mandalay, but we got a fairly reasonable three night stay, with flight and rental car for $423 per person just down the road at Excalibur.

Has anybody been to this venue before? The only reason I am concerned is that I have purchased a total of 7 tickets, but through three separate transactions, and all three pools of tickets have a different "General Admission Floor" number associated with them. I am wondering if the General Admission Floor is one large area, or if there are barriers between, say, GA Floor 1 and GA Floor 2. The seating chart would seem to indicate that there is just the one area, but some of you may have been there to know otherwise.

I've been to this venue twice and the GA floor section both times has been one open area. I doubt it will be different this time since its a 21+ show. The venue is small and the sound has been fantastic. Should be an amazing time.
