just using phish as a comparison to the hip right now

I saw Springsteen this year, and he is doing a show with the same songs in the same slots almost every evening (around 25 songs) and he leaves 5 of those song selections for rarities/ breakouts... I think that would be an easy solution that all would be fine with.
