They'll be one of 1300 acts - yowza!! By the looks of their sked I'd say it'll be March 17th - ST. PATRICK'S DAY! What a monstrous party that'll be in Austin - on a Sat. night to boot!

For SXSW there will be something ridiculous like 200 venues. Most indoors but several outdoors. It's quite the spectacle.

The line up this year is mind boggling. If it were just the Canadian acts alone performing, it would be worth the trip to Austin.

SXSW is huge but i thought it was more for indie bands? weird for the hip to be apart of it, and it would make more sense for them to play NXNE but i guess they'll be on tour in the states during SXSW.
