Anyone else into these guys? I think they've been one of the most consistently awesome bands of the last 20 years, and this new record is one of the best I've heard all year. I first became a fan of them when I saw them on the '97 ARA tour and I've since picked up many of their albums, my favorite being 1992's "Kiko". I've seen them live a couple of times as well, and they never fail to blow me away with their musicianship. If you like your rock n' roll with a lot of heart, soul, intelligence, and fantastic playing, then do yourself a favor and pick up this new record. "The Town" might be one of the best album closers I've ever heard.

A buddy of mine got me in to them a couple of years ago (I had always assumed they were all about La Bamba - meh). The Ride was a great CD - looking forward to hearing this one!

I saw them play at Artpark this summer (for free). They're pretty good, didn't play La Bamba, then again Styx didn't play Mr. Roboto or Babe.
I guess you have to pay for the hits.
