Some clown is claiming to have tix for the T.O. show for sale already.

What is the point if you can't sell em for more than face value which it clearly states on The Hip's website

I am glad to see the auction is down. This is the response I got from the seller when I asked about the tix:

Hey Smile
I appreciate your concern and I'm glad that you have the time to contact the hip...most people are too busy to do such things. Not to fear, they will not sell for more than face value, I just have 4 sets and I only have 6 people who want to go.

I wonder how they managed to get 4 sets of tix before the sale even started?

The person took down the tix or they were removed. Only to put them back up again.

we are going to have to watch this very closely. If you look at the other items this person is selling it is all tix to other shows. Looks like we have a ticket broker or something here.

I emailed the seller a few times. S/He claims to work for a promo company and that they were given/able to buy tickets this morning.

I imagine that the previous post was removed because my questions and their answers were visible... and they didn't paint a pretty picture.

I wonder what happens if you bid an outrageous amount and never pay. I mean they are clearly full of it with their $499 face value, so can I bid $100,000 and then refuse to pay because the face value isn't $499?
