That sounds like one crazy album, movie should be hilarious..too bad the band dont make a cameo in it, that would be cool.

Imagine a world before the "beginning was the word.”

Hugh Dillon is in it, and that's good enough for me.

just saw this movie and gd has a cameo in it. he plays one of the cops who pulls over ricky and julian early in the movie. he has a few lines and sports a mustache.

also 38 years old, scared and bobc were all on the soundtrack. 38 plays while the boys are in jail, scared plays in a stripclub, and bobc plays during the credits.

also at the theatre where julian takes his date the marquee is filled with hip songs. he buys two tickets for 'dark canuck' and later on corey and trevor but two tickets for 'freak turbulence'

i work for the distributer so i saw the advance screening last night at the paramount.

in a word the movie was terrible. i'm a huge fan but they really dropped the ball here. the story was just cobbled together from bits and pieces of the tv show and almost all of the jokes were recycled from the show as well. sorry to let all the tpb fans down.

Ahhh... you went to the midnight screening, eh? I was tempted to go, but my stamina for late night outings is gone!

I was at the movie last night as well. Very kool. I didn't like the trinity that they had but that was minor. The story could have been a little more original as well as the jokes. I think the best part of the flick was when they shut it down because the audio was off and myself and this other guy screamed out "what in the f@#k?"

I found the movie to be very toned down from the show and focused more on relationships than anything. Overall I liked it and I will go see it when it releasded only to see if there is a different cut of the movie. I had this happen with Jay and Silent Bob Strikes Back years ago. I was invited to a screening a few months before the movie came out and what I saw and what came out was a little different.

If you are a hip fan this is a must see. Ithink we should start the trivia early.

How many songs can you list from the marquee?

When the weight comes down
Highway Girl
Freak Turbulance
The dark Canuk
700ft Ceiling
Nautical Disaster
Puttin Down

Thats all I can remember so far... Lets keep it going after October 6th Smile

Nope. Not even close... although my liver might say otherwise.
