Is a great record, Chris Cornell is one of the best singers ever. Go out and by the new cd revelations. Also a cd all Cornell fans must have is Temple of the Dog what a powerful cd simply amazing.

I have to admit, the last few times I have seen it in the stores I have been tempted, but as I wasn't overly impressed with Out of Exile, I have resisted till I hear more from it..

I was in HMV today and they were playing it in the store. I've never been all that keen on Audioslave, or supergroups in general (I thought Soundgarden and Rage were much more interesting), but I have to admit I liked what I heard. Tom Morello is such a unique guitar player and Cornell can definitely belt out a tune with the best of them.

I'm Likin it alot....
I will not give up. My face is set,my gait is fast,my goal is heaven,my road is narrow,my way is rough,my companions are few,my guide is reliable,my mission is clear. I cannot be bought, compromised, detoured, lured away, turned back, diluted or delayed. I will not flinch in the face of sacrifice, hesitate in the presence of adversity, negotiate at the table of the enemy, ponder at the pool of popularity,or meander in the maze of mediocrity. I will not give up,shut up or slow down....Blessed Be!

Just got it today, I think its a great album. Its a better album than Out of Exile imo. Some early favorites..
Revelations
Sound of a Gun
Until We Fall
Shape of things to Come
Wide Awake
..all awesome songs! I think Sound of a Gun should be the next single, that song kills.
Although Ive never been big on "supergroups" this one has real talent and there's no dying it, these guys rock and they make a great band, its a good fit. Velvet Revolver comes to mind as well, there basically GnR with a new singer, but it works well, real gritty, dirty rock and roll, something thats lacking on the airwaves right now. Plus Scott Weiland is a true rocker and I think he could fit in just about anywhere and still kick ass.
Imagine a world before the "beginning was the word.”
