Grabbed this off nhl.com today. Isn't Harry somehow related to Gord Downie.....god father or something.

Harry Sinden is Gord's Godfather, and also was the real estate agent who was responsible for purchasing the Downie's their home in Amherstview. I'm sure it is a sad day for Gord in some respects, however, maybe a happy day for Bruins fans? Maybe Harry Sinden will take over the coaching duties for the Amherstview Jets? (Gord played net for them way back when)

i read that earlier too & thought there was a Gord connection, 40 years is quite an accomplishment however
