I just wanted to send a kudos to whomever is responsible for that site.
Found some wonderful reading material within.
To those fans out there who havent checked it out...I would highly recommend it.
I considered myself a true hip fanatic........but then I went there and read some stuff which makes me appreciate the band just that much more.
July 3rd in Chicago will be my 19th show. But hearing some of the songs I read about...will allow me to appreciate them in a very different light.
So to those who wanna learn more about the wonderful songs we all enjoy...be sure to check out that site. I would recommend printing things off there and taking your time to take it all in.
Cheers.

i also thought the site was very good. i thought i knew every phrase for pot, but willie nelson? that's awesome! i saw toby keith live in vancouver and he played a "road song" about how he will never smoke with willie nelson again because his shit is so potent.(he says willie has a plantation in hawaii) any way, the song goes around with toby ending up on the floor in a fetal posistion.

The man responsible for that site is the one and only Stephen Dame. He was a very regular poster around these parts for a long time, but lately he's been a bit absent. I seem to recall some talk of him having found a new girlfriend...

Thanks for the kind words clutchcdn. The site will be updated and perhaps re-vamped when the new album is released.
Chris, as for the girlfriend, she dumped me and went to work for one of my bosses political opponents... *cue dramatic music* Now... it's personal.
P.S., I meant to post around here when at the recent Liberal Party of Canada Ontario convention, Ken Dryden used "50MC" as his theme song and had it pounding through his fourth floor hospitality suite. Sadly, most of the young liberals in attendance were demanding Nelly... who I believe is some type of hip or hop artist.
P.P.S. There needs to be some type of Hipbase convention this summer. Pick a place. Everybody with cars should pick up as many Hipbaser's as possible along the way.
P.P.P.S. Has anybody heard the new track "Pretend?" What's she like?

Just chucked what we know about the new stuff up on the site. Quick reference window up for "Fly" as well. Nothing you can't find here or via google, but it's in one place now.
Has anybody ever been to Moonbeam, Ontario?

RE: P.P.S. - I can seat three, in addition to myself and Mr. Esthete. Um, anywhere but Delaware? I know you all were itching to come enjoy the steamy mid-atlantic summer, but I don't think I can take much more of this.
Sorry to hear about the girl, Dame (or shall I say dame, Dame?). Odds are you're better off without her.
