It's a reference to a recent South Park episode. I...am not sure why this was posted about it...but, just to clarify, that's where this post is coming/borrowing from, I think.

A pretty lame South Park at that (imo). If you want humour with that theme, the Octopussoir episode of Drawn Together is much better.
