Wow, I've never really associated the Hip or Downie with hooking up or love in the air. I will have to put some thought into this question. :wink:

Funny, last summer, actually end of May, I was leaving a hip beach bar type place and feeling little pain. The DJ finally played some Hip for me - Fiddler's Green - the last song of the evening. As I said "aaahhh cool", a lovely young lady said the same thing about 10 feet from me.
Without a word we hugged each other and slow danced, singing the lyrics to each other throughout the song. We left arm in arm to a party at some friends of mine, had a great evening and spent the rest of the summer together. No kiddin'.
The Hip, love and summertime - it has always been there... every summer.

I was thinking summer songs....didn't see the "hooking up" subject. :oops:

Unfortunately I have rather huge problem with commitment. So as soon as I start to get serious with nice, good looking successful young women, I run. I have done it all my life. I am about to do the same thing again any day now.
