MAv, if you are monitoring this thread, here are a couple of issues I experienced this morning:

• On the link to us page, this image isn't there: <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.thehip.com/images/linkBack/LinkBack100x26.gif">http://www.thehip.com/images/linkBack/L ... 100x26.gif</a><!-- m -->
• Tales From The Hip - sign up doesn't work. Links to: <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://63.249.18.59/">http://63.249.18.59/</a><!-- m -->[theLink]
• "Home" roll-over and link isn't working on some pages (Profile & Charities)
• Many links point to: <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://63.249.18.59/">http://63.249.18.59/</a><!-- m --> instead of <!-- w --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.thehip.com">www.thehip.com</a><!-- w -->. The result is the same in most cases, but not with the link to us image.
• The music player pop-up window is the wrong size, and cuts off some of the controls.
• The Hummingbird Centre isn't listed in the venues listing for THSP.

All of these issues show up on my Mac OSX 10.4.3 using Safari 2.0.2.

I'm thrilled to see this go live, and can't wait to spend some time with THSP!

Hey Chris Chris, thanks.

The Domain is in the middle of changing, so there might be a couple of issues - the IP is probably more right today than the domain. Once the DNS has resolved, I can and look at these issues.

2. go to the resources page where you can test your cookie settings. if you have done 1 and 2 and it is still not being remembered, then I'd liket to know.

Mav, I log in on the main page - and it says welcome back Tthip.
I go to the resource page and it asks me to log in again.
So I do and it shoots me back to the main page.
On the resource page I click the box to test my settings and it does not show me my user ID or my session ID in that box.
I even tried adjusting my security settings to off, to allow all cookies, and I have no luck. Never had a cookie problem before.
I am running XP and IE 6

ok, this sounds like a permissions issue with your browser and cookies. If they are not being set, it will not remember you. Try restarting your browser? I'll upgrade to IE 6 in the next several days to check. I have no problems with my vrsion of IE, on XP

You HAVE to confirm your registration before it will remember you. You have not confirmed. To confirm your registration, you need to click on the link in the email . . . this is why this is happening.

Dana, did you ever stop to consider that maybe the internet is trying to prevent North Tonawandans from accessing it???
