Hip.com Updated x2
#1

Just wanna let everyone know that the official is now updated with some interesting information that may wanna make you cancel your pre-orders from mymusic.com or amazon.ca . TWO updates in one day. This is like a mediocre holiday, such as St. Patrick's Day, minus the alcohol.

Ok, if I order from Maple Music, do I get the stuff the day it comes out, or do I get it two days later.

I would assume two days later, but my buddy pre-ordered Music@Work when it came out and he had it in his hands on the day of ...

anyone with maple music experience wanna chime in?

Thanks,
ct

I will not give up. My face is set,my gait is fast,my goal is heaven,my road is narrow,my way is rough,my companions are few,my guide is reliable,my mission is clear. I cannot be bought, compromised, detoured, lured away, turned back, diluted or delayed. I will not flinch in the face of sacrifice, hesitate in the presence of adversity, negotiate at the table of the enemy, ponder at the pool of popularity,or meander in the maze of mediocrity. I will not give up,shut up or slow down....Blessed Be!

I can tell you that they will ship them as fast as they can on the day of but if you live far way, your package is gonna take a little road trip before it arrives at the door.

I am confused by what this means.
Are the box sets going to be available in other package types.
Or is this something else entirely?

Something else entirely I'd say...

Well, it prretty much means the following: At the online Maple Music Store, we've started a specials section.

Here you will find all sorts of things, from merchandise odds and ends on sale to combo deals/packages and special items that we'll be talking again about in the future . . .

Well, I just pre-ordered on Maple. I hope they let you know if you are one of the first 1000 or not? If I'm not getting a postcard, I think I can save some dough on Amazon with the free shipping and all......

well, far away from where, I guess. I live in Toronto. Is that far away?

I guess I'm sounding impatient, but I just wanna have the thing the day it comes out. If I can go to HMV and buy it, I'll do that. If I can preorder and have it that day and I get a signed postcard, well - bonus. But the signed postcard doesn't tip the balance to make me want to wait an extra couple days (I got a signed postcard for preordering 54-40's Heavy Mellow, and my life hasn't changed a bit since that fateful day).

excited,
ct
