is it any good? I think their first three albums were great; then their following 2 really sucked. I saw them in Buffalo in June 1997 in support of Clumsy and they were awesome. Saw them three years later in Utah and they were pretty lame.

first three were really good - true
next one was still pretty good (spiritual machines)
next one after that was complete shit (gravity)
this new one will probably be pretty shite too, but probably not quite as bad as Gravity, because let's face it, Gravity is about as it can get (for OLP), at least i hope it is...i shudder to think of an olp album being worse than that one.
they've basically sucked real bad since their original guitar player Mike Turner left...

i think the new album is pretty solid...then again, ive been listeneing to alot of GWAR lately too!!

Ive been listening to it pretty much non stop since I bought it, and I think its a great album, its nothing like Gravity if that makes anyone feel better. But then again I like Gravity, so what do I know? :lol:
Its definitely worth getting if you like OLP even a little, I was expecting a "heavier" sound, it seemed like thats the way they were going after Gravity but its more mellowed out, it still has some heavy bits but the production is alot better on this album than the last. Bob did well with this one, I think.

I really like the new record.
One of the best live acts I've ever seen too. Nearly stole the show from the boys at Edgefest '03.
