Gord and his band - the Country of Miracles, expect to be touring this summer

You think it's the same band as the Dinner is Ruined with a different name or a totally different band? I seem to remember reading somewhere that he'd be with the diner is ruined again. Could be wrong.

I know I'm reading way too much into this but...

A women wearing a red, white and blue with black shirt, holding guns and has angel wings. Might be a very powerful statement about the war...her representing the USA.

Or it could be a normal drawing. :p

just an observation.

I suspect as most things that are produced/printed, the cover art was done a long time before the war started.

Is that a banana in his/her pocket? If not, what is it???

And if it is, does it make a sound when shaken?

It looks more like a young boy than a woman to me. And I would have said that was the end of his belt, as opposed to pocket banana.

Either way, it is a cool picture. Can't wait to hear the tunes!

Man that is an awesome cover.

The web site says that Pascal's Submarine will be the first single. If I remember correctly, Gord played that with The Dinner Is Ruined on a Much Music special a few weeks after 9/11. I hope My Name Is Figment makes it onto the album as well.

Is is just me or does the person on the cover look like Jamie Lee Curtis? I wonder if it is intentional?
