This is an extension of a debate going on in the Non-Hip Related Forum. I think Johnny and Gord S rock equally, but others may have differing opinions. So let's hear about them.

mmm I dont know if this argument is valid..how can you compare drums to bass guitar? Its like apples and oranges. But are we talking about the actual individuals themselves? If so Id have to say Johnny rocks more. Wait maybe Gord does, no Johnny does..no....my head hurts.....

I go with Gord S., because playing that bass, he sometimes just looks like he's in another world...bending back and forth, completely into the song, looking like an ass...but the fact that he doesn't care, that's rock and roll baby.

I agree that it is hard to compare who is doing more rocking on a night in night out basis. On the one hand, Johnny rocks the drums pretty hard, but on the other hand, Gord S is handing that bass a big ole knuckle sangwich every time he steps up.

I think Gord D. has that quiet intensity that needs to be watched out for. You just never know when he might snap, take his mike stand, and start beating both Johnny and Gord S.

Robby would run away, as he's the peace lover in the group, leaving Downie and Paul in a final, cataclysmic battle in a lava pit. Gord would smite Paul down, leaving him to die, only Paul gets ressurected as Darth Langlois, and kills everybody, including Britney Spears.

Best question on this forum in a long time.... Are we talking as musicians on stage?? I think Gord S. rocks more than Johnny (but yes, less than Paul). Offstage, I think Johnny rocks more as he's living the "rock and roll" lifestyle. But what if you were Sinclair's kids?? Imagine saying at school, my dad is Gord Sinclair...now that rocks. Tough one...If you met up with any of the members, first thing you should say is ".....you rock"

Also, and I've been meaning to ask this question for quite some time, and now that I am in the witness protection program (really long story - some crazy shit went down with the Cuban mafia last year when Angelina Jolie dared me to do something last year. Damn she's crazy. Hot, but crazy. Good luck Brad!), so I feel like I have nothing to fear, but where's the proof that Paul kicks ass? I mean I've been standing right in front of him at a few shows and he never once even came close to kicking my ass. Not once. And I'm pretty meek. Maybe he took pity on me? Maybe he'd already kicked ass? I'm just wondering because all of this groupthink has me concerned. Are we operating on the basis of actual events here, or just "my cousin's friend told me that his uncle's friend's co-worker's daughter saw Paul kick ass"?
