today has been great, i had a great sleep-in, ate some good watermelon, my fantasy Yankees are in first place, i'm still happy about Rivera's performance at the All-Star game last night (A-Rod's too), I'm stoked for the 4 game Yankees/Sox series that starts tomorrow and that they'll finally have a chance to take 1st place from Boston, the NHL lockout is pretty much over, i found a kickass Tony Yayo mixtape on soulseek today, AND I GOT MY TIX FOR PEARL JAM IN THE MAIL TODAY! WHOOOHOOOO!,



oh yeah, and i'm gettin ready to fire up the grill and throw a steak on it and crack open a cold one .

it's not bad, i will soon be picking blueberries. it's not the easiest job in the world, because you're crouched in the bush all day in the hot sun with bugs pestering you, and there's a chance that a bear could roam by at anytime, but on the plus side, you can work your own hours, you can smoke/smoke weed on the job and there is some pretty decent money to be made...especially if i take em down to Toronto and sell them to suckers like you that have no choice but to pay almost double what they go for here, or go without the freshest, tastiest, juiciest, and all around best blueberries in the world! MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! oh and they grow right behind my house too, so i don't have to go very far to pick em either .

A buddy and I took a job laying sod in the sweltering Florida sun during a summer break in high school and once we developed a rhythm we were blown away by the potential to take home about $500 a week, each. In 1978, that was a lot of scratch, especially for a teenager!

After getting our first check, of course, we went in on a big ole grocery bag o' weed and our productivity was shot for the rest of the summer. But man we smoked the hell outa that weed!

That is funny you say that 'cause in most cases it is true ( in regards to the price of Blueberries) but not in mine, when we go to visit my mother out in eastern ontario we pick our own blueberries for a next to nothing price, so shove that in your pipe and smoke it. haha

Today was a good day because I was able to sleep in from the hellish week that I just had, including the wedding that I photographed last night. Ive said this 100x already, but Ill say it again:

Two year old children + late wedding receptions = BAD IDEA.

Today is also a good day because in 4 days Ill be on my way to Wisconsin to see DMB!
