Something tells me the agenda for African Aid at the G8 will take a back seat to the importance of wiping out terrorism now...I'm not sure which is more impossible.

I was over in London last summer for school. Never took one of those double decker tourist buses but I can imagine the shivers of worry running up the spine of every Londoner and parents back home in Canada, U.S, etc as those buses are very ubiqtious. Bastards.
On a side note, did anybody catch what the Right Honourable Parliamentary Idiot George Galloway said after the bombing? :roll:

I think he is very much in the wrong; these attacks aren't just a response to what's happening in Iraq and Afghanistan, its the work of a minority of Arab extremists who desire to turn the Middle East back into a rebirth of the Ottoman Caliphate that controlled much of the Middle East and parts of Eastern Europe and Spain for 700 years. These idiots long for the supposed good old days of the Ottoman Empire, never mind that the Ottoman Empire became powerful for a time by treating its Christian and Jewish residents much better than the Christian kings and princes in Eastern Europe and Spain did at the time. Their empire collapsed because they became greedy and incompetent administrators who started bruting about the supposed superiority of the Islamic religion and lost their tolerance towards Christians and Jews.

Galloway is a complete idiot and has no credibility. I can't believe that he is so blind as to see that these Islamic terrorists hate and attack us for who we are, not what we do... 9/11 should have made that clear once and for all. Until we find a way to stop these murderous thugs once and for all, events like this will continue, no matter how much idiots like Galloway close their eyes and pretend that it isn't so.
