i remember years ago a radio station playing all this live music saying it was the greatest concert ever in buffalo at the old rock pile ( where they film the natural) when people got there big sign saying april fools.

way back when, when I was in grade four, me and this other kid pretended like one of us was unconcious on the playground and the other would run and grab a lunch lady, when she came over we would jump up and say april fools. There was this really mean lunch lady and when she came over my friend didn't have the courage to jump up, because she was really serious about it. She ended up filling out an accident report, giving him some tylenol and calling his mom to come and pick him up. We never could tell her, and all the other lunch lady's knew he was faking it. When I think back it was a pretty bad thing to joke about.
for females there is the classic "I'm pregnant"
I know I told everyone on my live journal I was moving to Minnesota and it was a huge joke at the time and ya know what. June of that year I ended up moving to minnesota, I totally DID NOT expect to. So, I guess it's be careful what you wish for lol

Every April 1st there is a report that comes out that Pink Floyd has reunited and are planning a world tour...2 years ago I got giddy as a school girl and then felt the sharp sting of April One. Then last year I heard the story again, forgetting what day it was, I was like "wow that's awesome, Floyd is ba.....wait a second..."
They won't get me this year!!!!
Oh...and Seran Wrap on the toilet bowl is both timeless and effective.

Heres a good one
Lances dad had just bought a brand new leather recliner chair.
The day before April Fools, I tipped over a jar of nail polish onto saran wrap and let it harden in a little pool,, with the cover off and the little paint brush in the middle.
Once it was all dry, I peeled off the saran wrap and put the nail polish on his chair,,, it looked like it had tipped over stained his brand new recliner.
IT WAS AWESOME,,, play it on your friends, its a great laugh.

That reminds me, I know someone who shrink wrapped a car. There was this radio station that my ex-husband worked at and there was a salesperson who had a husband who worked for local Pepsi bottling plant and they wrapped this other salesperson's car in shrink wrap. It was a hot summer's day so it shrunk! lol
Also, I once heard that George Clooney once took a real crap in someone's kitty litter box at a party. Can you imagine going into your bathroom and seeing a person sized turd in your cat's litter box?!

Years ago I took all my sisters clothes and put them in a 5 gallon pail, filled the pail with water and put it in the deep freeze for the night. I can still remember my mom and my sister, hammers and chisels in hand, chipping away at this frozen clothes cube trying to get ready for school. It was sweet!
